A landscape of mountainous islands, recorded from a wave-tossed boat, is infused with the bobbing motions of the camera. In an effort to override the ever-shifting horizon, Cho splits the image into bands, each showing different vantages on the scene: the bluish outline of the islands, interspersed with views of the water's surface, golden sunlight.

周胜虎1959年出生于韩国釜山，他现居纽约并在纽约大学攻读录像艺术专业的硕士学位。他的作品在全球广受好评，其中一些还在纽约现代艺术中心的展览中长期展出。
其入围奥博豪森国际短片电影节的作品有：长眠（1992）；Forward, Back, Side, Forward again（1995与1996年在奥伯豪森上映）；直线追踪（2000）；蝴蝶（2008）。
Seoungho Cho, born 1959 in Pusan, South Corea. He is currently living in New York. MA in video art at the New York University. His works received numerous awards worldwide. Some of his works are part of the constant exibition of the MoMA, New York.
