After digging through its contents, Kerry begins to have nightmares and see images around the home that convinces her that they are being haunted by the ghost of the woman described in the patient's files as "Subject 23- Violet". Michael dismisses these claims until he tracks down the son of a former doctor at Collins Hospital and discovers never before seen VHS tapes from the hospital.
