De enge Knijperman en de onderstebovenvrouw (1993) AKA The Creepy Peg Man and the Upside Down Woman is another ultra rare Aryan Kaganof short directed when the filmmaker was still known by his birth name Ian Kerkhof and lived in Amsterdam.  Somewhat surprisingly, this 16mm short was shot a year after Kaganof shocked the Dutch film world by winning the grand prize of the 'Golden Calf' at the Netherlands Film Festival for his debut feature Kyodai Makes the Big Time (1993).
Rather unlike Kyodai Makes the Big Time, The Creepy Peg Man and the Upside Down Woman is a less than serious and literally infantile film featuring Kaganof as the 'eponymous' 'Peg Man' sporting a diaper, baby pacifier, and a bunch of pegs, but not much else.  Arguably Kaganof's most bizarre work to date, the short is a silent work that is like a mix of Andy Milligan, Nick Zedd, German Expressionism, and especially the cyber-dyke works of A. Hans Scheirl (Flaming Ears, Dandy Dust).
Although this rip does not have subtitles, it does not have any dialogue aside from a group of young boys calling out the credits at the beginning of the film, so don't be afraid to download it as you won't miss anything.
