                    Bombay city has been plagued by a bandit, who robs people daringly, and no one has seen him nor willing to testify against him. Police Inspector Vijay has been assigned the case to apprehend him. Assisting him is his daughter, Madhu, and a London-returned crime journalist named Sikander. Together they find out that the bandit targets only the rich, and purportedly shares the wealth with the poor.
