在这部卡农爱情片中,讲述了在位于金泽的料理老店中长大的三姐妹，长女宫泽紫（米姆拉）嫁到东京做着专职主妇，二女儿岸本蓝（比嘉爱未）在富山做教师，小女儿岸本茜（佐佐木希）则作为料理店的女将勤奋工作着。某一日，祖母去世的消息让三姐妹回到了金泽，同时她们也被告知：早以为死去的母亲其实还活着。
                    The three sisters live in different cities, namely Tokyo, Kanazawa and Toyama. As is often the case a death in the family brings them together. While attending their grandmother's funeral they come to find out more about their mother.
