帕克斯顿(杰伊.赫尔南德斯)和乔什(德里克.理查森)是美国某大学里最要好的同学，同吃同学同玩乐使得二人的关系紧密，如同亲兄弟一般。也因此，在两人之间毫无秘密可言，相互间搞搞恶作剧，开开玩笑更是家常便饭。如今，整日在烦闷的校园里的机械生活已经令这两个朝气蓬勃的小伙子有些痛苦难耐了。于是，他们便决定加入当今最为流行的“背包族”，结伴去遥远而神秘的欧洲东部进行一次自助旅行。旅行途中，性格外向的帕克斯顿和乔什固然不会孤孤单单，于是，一个来自北欧岛国冰岛的奥利成了他们新的朋友。三人便组了一个东欧旅行、探险小组。
　　在旅行途中，好奇心胜过理智的帕克斯顿和乔什最终被一伙同样身份的旅行者们所诱，来到了他们声称是专门为来自美国的背包族所准备的一家特别的旅馆。而当两位年轻人到达这里时，已经发现自己已经身处东欧小国斯洛伐克境内的一个极其偏僻的小镇里了。
　　不过，眼前这家地处偏僻的客栈却真的如那伙旅游者们所说的那样华丽、迷人。更何况，这里更加迷人的还有眼前这些热情洋溢的异国妙龄美女们。很快，乔什和帕克斯顿便被这里的两位小妞娜塔莉亚和斯维特拉娜所迷住了。而且，是非常轻易地便被迷住了。
　　短暂的激情时光过后，这两位美国人很快发现他们正慢慢陷入一种急剧增长的险恶境地之中。无形中，某种不祥的感觉向两个人慢慢袭来。性、血腥甚至杀戮，种种黑暗与邪恶的触角迅速地伸向两位年轻人。他们能幸运地揭开其中的阴谋吗？他们能挽救更多和他们一样的背包旅行族吗？他们能真正地挽救自己吗？……
