在这部超级大英雄喜剧/爱情/奇幻片中,来到21世纪的锦衣卫，要从洪西东身上夺回夜明珠。结果却遇上了长相一样的洪晓东，再加上随身的龙纹玉佩感应到九转夜明珠；他们计划杀了洪西东之后取回夜明珠，再设法回到明朝向主上交代。但不得不暂时生活在这个时代中，彭泽和徐啸天不断因为现代化的厕所、电梯，甚或吸尘器等等事物而备受干扰，致使追杀洪西东的任务困难重重。
                    During the Ming Dynasty, Hung Hsi-Tung (Jiro Wang) is the leader of Emperor Zhu Yunwen's personal bodyguard detail. A precious pearl goes missing and is thought to be in Hung Hsi-Tung's possession. Two imperial military guards, Peng Ze (Ocean Hu) and Xu Xiao-Tian (Mengwei Xie), give chase and are accidentally transported to the future where they encounter a private detective, Hung Hsiao-Tung (Jiro Wang), who is the spitting image of their fugitive. Hijinks ensue when Peng and Xu attempt to adjust to life in the modern world, while trying to solve the mystery of the missing pearl.
