                    Chester Chaste, an honest cab driver, delivers Madame Ritz and her apparent child to a steamship, but ends up accidentally stowing away along with his cab. Madame Ritz is planning to commit jewel robberies aboard the ship, meanwhile, Chester has been given a choice between working as a steward or being thrown overboard, so he goes to work under the cynical eye of Purser Cryder.
