在这部时空之门前的鬼魂家庭片中,Marco, der Sohn des Bürgermeisters, hat eine Wandplatte mit einem merkwürdigen Zeichen entdeckt. Als er näher heran tritt, um sich das genauer anzusehen, wird er von einer magischen Kraft in einen Zeittunnel gezogen. Er befindet sich nun im Jahre 1766 und stößt dort auf seinen Urururur-Großvater Wilhelm und lernt die hübsche Marie kennen. Marco und Wilhelm sehen sich sehr ähnlich, wie aus ein und dem selben Ei gepellt und reisen schließlich gemeinsam durch die Zeit. Doch dann wird Marie schwer krank und Marco beschließt, seinen Cousin Christian, Arzt im Praktikum, ins Jahr 1766 zu holen. Doch die Zeit läuft gegen sie, denn das Gebäude, in der sich die Wandplatte befindet, soll abgerissen werden...

                    Marco (13) is the son of the mayor in a little village. One day he finds an inscription written in strange letters on the wall of a tomb in the town cemetery. The tomb is closed off to the public due to plans of demolition. Upon investigation Marco is pulled through a time tunnel into 1766. Here he meets his grand-grand-grand-grandfather, William, also 13 years old. He also meets the beautiful Marie. All decide to travel together in time. Complications abound, as Marie falls ill, and Marco bringes his cousin Christian, a medical student, to 1766, while at the same time the plans for demolition of the tomb draws closer.
