Kevin meets Jason McCallister while planning the party, and they make progress on their otherwise strained relationship. Saul meets an old, recently divorced friend, who tells him he has come out of the closet. Nora and Kitty fight about Kitty moving out of the house, but Nora's thoughts are with Justin, who is trying to spend time with his brothers and sisters before going to Iraq. Nora refuses to say goodbye, and when Justin is called up for duty early, he decides to leave goodbyes behind.
