                    Ludovic Pessac, a young lawyer in his 30s, is murdered in his office. Assistant prosecutor Elisabeth Richard and police chief Paul Jansac are put in charge of the case. Then realtor Nicolas Monfort is found dead in his villa's swimming pool, his head caved in. Aigues-Mortes is in turmoil, and Elisabeth and Paul are convinced it's not a coincidence. At the same time, Paul Jansac has been working on a case from two years previously, the unsolved rape of Clémentine Garcia, and fresh DNA analysis shows the two murder victims as suspects. For Elisabeth Richard and Paul Jansac, the case turns out to be more complicated than it seems.
