Jane defends himself in court, accepting a $1,000,000 bail he can't afford, but wins it at poker against a crime lord inmate. With some assistance from recovering Lisbon, he closes in on Tim's widow Sally and the missing girl she brought up. It pays off, but his faith rests with the jury, while the CSI director is more eager than ADA Ardiles to 'avoid favoritism'.
