When Billy announces to Frances, a woman he has never seen that he wishes to marry her, all he hears from her end are panic stricken shrieks. Billy, believing that an Argentinian dictator and his soldiers have invaded the Falklands plans with the help of Billy to hold the manager of a Bank and his estranged wife hostage.
