在这部老摇滚片中,影片讲述了中国早期摇滚人侯牧人的女儿侯祖辛，带着导演身份诚挚纪录中国摇滚人三十年来的沉浮与坚持。是父亲也是主角的侯牧人身患脑梗，这种病会反复发作，使肢体瘫痪或眩晕，严重的会导致急性昏迷，甚至死亡！可怀揣着摇滚音乐人的执着和热血，侯牧人奇迹般的坚持了下来。

In 2010, Hou had a stroke and couldn't able to speak for long time. After three years of recovery, he is ready to compose again.
