在这部财源滚滚来喜剧片中,Raj (Naseeruddin Shah) is a slum dweller, who one day comes to know that he has inherited the business and property from his grand-father worth 3.3 billion Indian rupees. Stunned and delighted at the same time, he gleefully arrives at his former grand-father's estate to claim his inheritance, only to be told that there is a clause attached: which is that he must spend 300 Million rupees in 30 days or else risk losing his inheritance altogether. How can a slum dweller who has never held a thousand rupees in his hands on any given day, be expected to spend 10 million a day?
Rajkumar aspires to be a cricketer and has dream of playing with legend Sunil Gavaskar.He spends most of his time in his slum freaking around with his friend Govind.Rajkumar is once taken to huge mansion where he finds that his late grandfather Shri Mangat Ram has left a property of 330 Crore for him.But grandfather feels Rajkumar is as careless as his father and puts a condition in his will that the property can be availed only if he is able to spend 30 Crore in 30 days without purchasing any liability for himself.
