Emily has just graduated from directing school, and she loves taking her DV camera out with her to film in secret. One day, she is at a coffee shop filming a couple arguing, and so she meets the young screenwriter, Yang Xiaomeng. The pair quickly fall in love, and Emily records it all from her perspective, documenting the pair's relationship from start to finish. Her recording of their relationship becomes her debut work.
