Director Jacek Bławut makes no attempt to draw the distinction. On the contrary, he rather blurs the line. And the same is true of his subjects in this film – flight simulation aficionados, immersed in a virtual world. All male, they hail from Poland, Russia, Germany, and the United States. Their common passion is to re-write the history of the Second World War – each in his own way – in an ongoing virtual war of air combat. But their pastime is more than an entertaining game. All confess that they dream of fighting deadly air battles in real life. And all live by a code of intense hate for the enemy.
