criticism and consciousness than those of an emancipated pro-
test songstress, who is most certainly just as much a cliche. I
imagine the film "The scandalous Story of Evelyn Kunnecke"
in the form of a show, which can be made in Evelyn Kiin-
neckes apartment. An improved secondary plot would de-
velope out of eight Evelyn-Kunnecke-hit-songs as well as
scenes from her life and from various stages of her career. The
actors would be friends and colleagues from her current social
circle. Everything should be deliberate fiction - historical fact
is taboo. Spontaneous scenes from Evelyn's life would be re-
created through discussions, parties, coincidental visitors or
memories.
