The film remains exciting and unpredictable until the conclusion. The Father's increasing desire for revenge finally moves him to track down the perpetrator himself and to take revenge on him for the outrage to his daughter. The film is based on the novel "Blessed are the thirsty," by Anne Holt. "Revenge for my daughter" is a realistic staged crime thriller, which hooks you from the start. Although the subject is not new, this is a thrilling production which gets under your skin.
A crime wave hits Oslo just as summer arrives. There has been found several violent blood splattered scenes with no bodies found. It's only a matter of time before the bodies has to surface, and the start of a run against the clock.
