在这部永远之永恒 第四章 红莲的焦心动画片中,クーストースがファンタジアム・ガーデンの存在を察知する。クオン（声：神谷浩史）はテイ（名塚佳織）を守るため、サイボーグ部隊WTOCと対峙する。そのとき、サイボーグ部隊のイプシロン（鳥海浩輔）に異変が起こる。異変を知ったクーストースの指揮官・上代（三木眞一郎）は冷酷にも、イプシロンを破壊する命令を下す。
